Your recordings are yours. By using the app you give us the limited license needed to process them (upload, analyze, generate feedback, then delete). We claim no other rights to your pitch or your idea.
Do not use the service to break the law, probe or overload our systems, or feed it content you have no right to record. We apply per-device usage limits to keep the service available for everyone.
When paid plans launch they are sold through the App Store, and Apple's payment, renewal and refund rules apply. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
The service is provided as is, without warranties. We work to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
