The short version

You record a pitch, our AI watches it once, gives you a verdict, and the video is deleted. We never sell your data and we never use your pitch for anything except your own feedback.

What we collect

• Your recordings. Pitch and answer videos are uploaded over an encrypted connection for analysis only. They are deleted from our storage as soon as the analysis completes. We do not keep them, review them manually, or train models on them.
• Your results. Transcripts, scores and feedback are stored so the app can show your progress. They are keyed to an anonymous device ID, not your name.
• What we do not collect. No account is required today. We do not collect your name, email, contacts or location. If you type a first name into the app it stays on your phone and inside your session context.

Who processes it

Three infrastructure providers touch your data, all under their own data processing terms: Google (Gemini API, which analyzes the video), Vercel (hosting and temporary video storage) and Neon (database for your results). Nothing is shared with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.

Deletion

Videos delete automatically after each analysis. To wipe your stored results too, email hi@ac0.ai from any address and include the name you use in the app; we delete the session data and confirm.

Children

Sharkproofed is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date above and note the change here before it takes effect.
